The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) went into effect on May 25, 2018.
If you’re based in the EU or have users from the EU, then GDPR applies to you. By storing certain personally identifiable data in Oddbots, such as usernames and email addresses, you become a Controller of personal data under GDPR.
Oddbots collects the following information for each user:
Oddbots end user privacy policies and terms are the sole responsibility of the Oddbots customer.
Consent is provided by our users explicitly when taking an action or task where user data is provided.
Oddbots is a business to business product and does not offer services to children. Through the website or application of one of our customers, children may still be able to access and use Oddbots services. In this case the Oddbots customer is responsible for their own users and their activities with respect to children regulations.
Oddbots uses third party subprocessors, such as cloud computing providers and payment processors, to provide our services. We enter into GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with each subprocessor, and require the same of them. List of subprocessors.
